In Her Own Words: A Note To Readers

Jennifer Litner, LMFT

I’m Jennifer, curator of Energetic Love: Cultivating Connection With Compassion. Thank you for visiting and I am hopeful that you have some interesting takeaways. Now, I’ll go ahead and introduce myself…

I’m a marriage and family therapist whose passionate about helping couples and individuals live and love energetically in their relationships. I strive to be a source of enthusiasm and guidance for my clients as they navigate the ups and downs of life.

I have a growing specialization in working with clients that wish to address concerns related to sexuality and intimacy. In my practice, I work with clients that experience difficulty in intimate relationships, sexual pain or discomfort (as a result of illness), low or lack of sexual desire, changes in arousal and anxiety about sex and performance. I am currently pursuing training and ongoing supervision in order to become a certified sex therapist. While I understand that sex is a delicate topic for many people, I seek to provide a non-threatening and encouraging space for people to express their worries, needs, desires, fears, including painful moments and awkward adventures. In opening up an empathic space for people to give voice to their most intimate matters, I am hopeful that they will be able to live their lives with more freedom from anxiety, pain, stress and shame.

I believe therapy is one of the most impactful journeys one can embark upon and I am humbled to be able to partake in and guide these journeys. If you are interested in learning more about Energetic Love or my approach to therapy, I invite you to contact me directly.

Happy reading!
